Preparation Day

Sausage and sour kraut are cooked, cheese cake is put together and in the fridge, carrots are peeled and cut, asparagus is trimmed.  I wish it was colder out so I could use the garage as a walk-in refrigerator. Now I'm just cramming and jamming everything in the fridge. Table has to be set and kitchen cleaned up then think of what I might have forgot.  Just remembered, have to make the salad dressing, its a sweet sour over lettuce, mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes and almonds.
