I went to a lovely wedding yesterday at the Lighthouse Restaurant in Cedar Lake Indiana. My cousin Marty's daughter got married in the gazebo overlooking the lake. The reception was immediately following in their upstairs banquet hall. There was a wonderful assortment of hors douvres and dinner consisted of filet mignon or salmon. Very good. The couple knew each other in high school and reconnected on Facebook two years ago. I think they are in their late 30's so their first dance was to Etta James At Last.
Today I'm just hanging around cooking ribs and working on decorations for our new intern's welcome party next Sunday.
