I posted another corn recipe on the Mom whats cooking blog {link on this page}. I tried it yesterday using only one ear of corn and it was absolutely excellent, like nothing I've ever tasted. Give it a try, I did use fresh corn.
I still have to make an appetizer for my sister's party today. It's called Italian antipasto and I haven't made this in a long time. It's made with giardeniera, tuna, olives and you put it on fresh Italian bread. Good for hot weather because it does not contain mayo.
