Hoar Frost

That was hoar frost that was on the trees yesterday morning. Hoar frost is a deposit of interlocking ice crystals that forms in a similar way as dew except temperatures are below freezing, and the sublimation* process changes vapor into a solid phase.
*noun, the crystals, deposit or material obtained when a substance is sublimated.

The fund raiser yesterday afternoon was a huge success. Many friends came out for the affair. They charged admission which included pizza and pop. Alcoholic drinks were extra, $2 for a domestic beer is a good price. And they had a split the pot raffle and another raffle for some donated gifts.
