2010 Sausage Fest

Here is one hundred pounds of pork butt cut up in chunks ready for seasoning.

Seasoning the meat. We use salt, pepper, marjoram, sugar and of course, garlic. We mince the garlic and then mash it with sugar so the garlic flavor is spread over all of the meat. Then we add water and mix it all up, with our hands


Here are brothers, Bob and Bruce and Lee grinding and stuffing the sausage.


So what is so funny you three? That's the other brother Billy.

Here is Ryan, Karrie and Lee stufffing the casings.
