Busy Day
Went to the farmer's market this morning and picked up a few things including Mirai corn, its the best. Then had to run over to church to put on the coffee for our Cut and Sew group. Thirteen ladies came out for some fellowship and coffee and goodies, thanks to Norma B. and Marge. Then it was off to the nursing home to visit a member that is in there with a leg infection and she has shingles on top of that. Tonight its the Leadership Council meeting at Nancy and Ken's. I made rollups to take. They are made with buddig beef, minced onion and cream cheese. Buddig changed the shape of their meat from square to round, so they don;t look as nice as they used to. I personally don't eat them because I've made them so many times, I hardly can look at them. But people love them.

when did they chamge the shape! I used to make green onion rool ups w/cream cheese...now what ..round will be harder...but still good I guess

MMMM... beef roll ups. I may have to make myself some. I haven't had any in ages!
Is that like "chipped beef" that used to come in a jar? Oh no...think that was Armour. My mom used to make creamed chipped beef on toast. Yummy!
Suz, yes they are round and they don't come out as nice. I even wrote to Buddig and they thought round was better, but they did send me a couple of coupons. No, April this is Buddig beef, they sell different flavored lunch meat in plastic bags.
