Shingle Shot
Today I'm going to Walgreen's to get a shingle shot. Insurance doesn't cover it so it will cost me $230. I think its worth it if they guarantee that I don't get the shingles. I know two people that are suffering with them now. I did call my doctor and he recommends it. I guess they recommend that any one over 60 get one.

I hadn't heard of this and suddenly you're the third (?) person this week who knows someone with shingles. Yikes!
Its not a fun disease. The shot was only $210.
I'm sure it's well worth the price!! I have known several people who have gotten shingles and it is sooooooo uncomfortable and painful!!!
